Are you a mother of a Tween or Teenage Girl? I've been a asked to present In Vogue via a tween and teen fashion show, and coordinate a few mom makeover's! So the event is almost here & it is exciting to see what will be created this Saturday!

Pictured....is one of the days full of pulling clothes in Elk Grove at Dress Barn, Justice for an amazing groups of the participating Mom's, Tweens & Teens. Got a favorite new Shop!

So...it's a casual Friday for me & I could not have had more fun walking, talking, lunching & shopping! It's new friends, new relationships and having such fun that women especially can walk, talk n' Shop till the day is done! This was one of those days...thanks Jill for the introduction to the amazing vintage world I've now found @ The Red Door in Elk Grove! I can't wait to nest my purchases & see what sorts of gatherings may come in our futures! Great moments were shared & my heart is happier for it!

Yesterday a friend emailed this picture to me....as I was out shopping for clients. I was inspired to find her able to meet up with me and remake this outfit into her own styled inspiration.
Find a fabulous shirt dress, tights or leggings. A great colorful scarf to mix in with your Autumn wears is such fun! I'll have to get the styled friend to post an amazing picture of herself in it to show you our look.

Aluminum Foil as Wrinkle Remover

To get wrinkles out of silk, wool, and rayon clothes that can’t take direct heat, place a piece of foil on your ironing board, then lay the garment flat over it. With the steam button down, pass the iron three to four inches over the fabric several times. Wet heat radiating from the foil helps smooth out wrinkles.

Is Your Wardrobe Worth Every Penny?

I've found designer dresses, shoes, handbags and luggage @ anywhere from T.J. Maxx, Ross, Bloomingdale's, and HauteLook. But just because something is from a high end designer doesn't really mean it's a keeper! Here are some tips on what does:
1. You love it & the Fit is amazing! Many of us buy clothing because it's "cute" and a great price! Some of these items sit in the closet because there is not a thing to wear with it! This is no bargain any more. If you have a great piece in your closet and it's still got the tags on it, never worn..just is a "in lust" piece as I call it...let's talk! We want you to wear and love that piece!
2. Fabric Content: Great pieces are typically of a great fabric content that most likely is dry clean only. These natural and low % of synthetic fibers LAST and are of great quality. Most timeless pieces of my clients are of an amazing shape, cut, fit and timeless piece. Consider modifying your jackets and taking them in to see a tailor for a few "tweeks."
3. We all love a great treat! One of my favorite treats is an amazing find! Recently I bought a new coffee press. This high quality press is amazing, my coffee in the morning is happy because of the quality coffee that is pressed through it, and it's now a valuable piece in my kitchen! SO remember, just because you have treasures and treats in your closet..doesn't mean they are keepers!

Introducing the youngest client of In Vogue....drum roll please... It's "Little One" year old Calsita!
Calista and big sister Izzy, along with DeAnna and I had a blast putting these sisterly outfits together. The party was a hit and such great memories were made celebrating this little life that is full of Joy. It's a pleasure working with clients and their growing families! Consider yourself a stary "little One!"
